Protected Geographical Indication

Geographical Indication

Winemaking, preparation and distillation of wine products:

From the organoleptic point of view, to ensure their quality, the wines must meet the appropriate requirements for color, clarity, aroma and flavor characteristic of the predominant varieties and meet the soil and weather conditions of the production area.
